Accessibility is at the heart of the conference

Every aspect of HLG 2024 is designed to be fully accessible  to everyone

We have made sure the full conference is available to everyone, including accessibility maps for delegates, spots for sitting down throughout the catering space, quiet spaces available  throughout the event and accessibility seats available in all conference rooms .

We have also made sure that our food options can cater for all requirements including, but not limited to, vegan meals, kosher, halal and all other allergy and food requirements.
